1. Eligibility for Refund

This policy applies exclusively to digital products sold by SD WORLDWIDE LTDA.

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased content, it is possible to request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, according to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).

After this period, refunds will not be possible, except in exceptional cases duly justified and analyzed individually by the support team.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to suporte@sdworldwide.com.br

(or the company’s official support email), including:

Full name of the buyer

Email used for the purchase

Name of the product purchased

Reason for the request

Our support team will respond within 48 business hours, confirming receipt and initiating the analysis process.

3. Refund Processing

After confirmation, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used:

Credit card: the amount will be refunded on the next or subsequent statement, according to the card issuer’s policies.

Pix or Boleto Bancário (bank slip): the amount will be refunded within 10 business days after approval of the request, directly to the account provided by the customer.

4. Exceptions

Refund requests will not be accepted:

After the legal deadline of 7 calendar days;

When there is misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of the terms of use of the digital product;

For products purchased in special promotions with prior notice of no refunds.
